In Columbia and Union Counties, the food items to be distributed may include canned pork, pork patties, peaches, canned peas, canned kidney beans, rotini pasta, apple juice and chicken leg quarters.
All customers receiving commodities must present identification. To be eligible to receive USDA commodities, income guidelines must be met. The income guidelines for this program are based on 130% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Based on these guidelines, a one person household must make less than $14,521 a year to qualify for this program. For each additional family member, add $5,148.
